3 Step Rapid Response
StaffRehab has a 3 Step Rapid Response process to help ensure faster placements and better customer service for both clients and candidates.
Assessing Needs- The first step of our 3 Step Rapid Response process is guaranteeing our clients and candidates that StaffRehab will respond to all open orders or issues that may arise within 3 hours of notification. By ensuring that we have the correct criteria for each district that we work with, we can provide a faster placement and a better match.
Superior Screening- The second step of our 3 Step Rapid Response process is our 3 Screening Levels which include: Phone Screens, 3 References, and StaffRehab Credentialing.
StaffRehab Credentialing includes:
- Background check
- 10 panel drug screen
- Verification of state licensure
- I9 verification
- Records for vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis)
- School Service Credential where applicable
3 Source Step- The last step of the 3 Step Rapid Response process is our 3 Source Step. The 3 Source Step encompasses the three primary sources for finding qualified candidates for our clients. We have one of the most robust databases of therapy professionals in the country that we append on a bi-weekly basis. Our matching software allows us to identify candidates and referrals faster in our database and with clinicians online. The last source is our online presence. StaffRehab has an online micro-site which leads candidates to our website and partners with job boards to maximize coverage online and through social media.
